Donation & Refund Policy

Access Unleashed GA, Inc. (“the Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Georgia-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with hidden disabilities through education, advocacy, and service dog support.

We are deeply grateful to our donors, sponsors, and community members who make our mission possible.

This Donation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding financial contributions made to Access Unleashed GA, Inc. through our websites, in person, or via mail.

Access Unleashed GA, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Tax Receipts: A formal acknowledgment will be issued for all donations. Online receipts are typically sent immediately via email. Check or cash donations will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe.

Legal Advice: Donors are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the specific tax implications of their gift.

By making a donation, the donor acknowledges that the gift is irrevocable and becomes the property of the Organization to be used in furtherance of its mission.

Unrestricted Gifts: Unless specified, donations will be used where they are needed most, including advocacy, education, and service dog support.

Event Registrations: Event payments are generally non-refundable but may be transferable or converted into a donation if you are unable to attend.

Recurring donations may be canceled at any time. Cancellation applies to future transactions only and does not refund past contributions.
